Coffee Connoisseurs
Do you find the first cup in the morning wakes you up and gets you going. But, as the day wears on you grow weary and by the end of the day you have a splitting headache. It may be the amount of coffee you are drinking. Did you know coffee is a natural diuretic? It pulls the water from areas your body needs. Your joints use water to reduce friction. Your brain uses water to make the electrical connections. Try substituting water for the extra cups of coffee and see if you have more energy and less nervousness in your day.

As we become stressed, we take shorter and shorter breaths. This reduces the amount of oxygen the body has to work with making matters worse. The next time you feel stress coming on, take several deep breaths. Your body will thank you.
