Cindy holds a Bachelor's of Professional Studies from Barry University and Master's work in Performance and Instructional Technology from Boise State University. She has served on numerous boards and committees at local, state, and national level. These include the Air Force Morales, Welfare, and Recreation Management Trainee Program, the Nebraska Wing Civil Air Patrol, the PEARLS Academy for At Risk Students, and the Space Coast American Society of Training and Development to name a few. Cindy Schmitt's realistic, upbeat, and systematic approach has earned her recognition as a leader in her field. Two such honors include Air Force Space Command Training Director of the Year, and the Professional Performer Award given to the top 5%.
